You have a dream, put it in your day. Schedule in your dream.
Say at 3pm you Golf. You may not golf until 4. However, 15 minutes is golf time. Each day you log and record your golfing. At the end of the week that's almost 2 hoirs on your dream. 8 hours a month to start sounds little, but a consistent rhythm is all you need.
